A classic Jamaican dish marinated in all-purpose spices, herbs and scotch bonnet pepper to taste. Slowly cooked until off the bone, seasoned with carrots and potatoes to taste.
Marinated chicken thigh and drumstick with all purpose spices, herbs and chillies to taste.
Our oxtails is stewed with butter beans and spinners (small dumplings). Marinated in herbs and spices with a hint of Scotch bonnet pepper to taste. Slowly cooked until tender and coming off the bone.
Flavoursome BBQ fried chicken coated in seasoned flour to give you that authentic Jamaican taste, fried in vegetable oil then dipped in our homemade BBQ sauce.
Box contains: rice and peas, mac 'n' cheese, steamed veg, fried dumpling, fried plantain and a choice of protein.
Jamaican favourite. Sieved self raising flour mixed with granulated sugar and salt to taste, fried in vegetable oil.
