Our pizza sauce is a unique blend crafted from authentic San Marzano tomatoes, imported directly from Italy. Our dough is made with premium Dalla Giovanna Red 00 grade pizza flour, also sourced from Italy, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity. We use Napoli Cut Fior Di Latte mozzarella, a ‘Great Taste’ award winner, to add rich flavour to every bite. All of our meats, as well as our mushrooms and peppers, are carefully selected and imported from Italy, bringing genuine Italian flavours to our pizzas.
