Marinated strips of steak slowly cooked with our Caribbean spices and cubes of sweet peppers to give it that succulent taste to melt in your mouth.
Our oxtails is stewed with butter beans and spinners (small dumplings). Marinated in herbs and spices with a hint of Scotch bonnet pepper to taste. Slowly cooked until tender and coming off the bone.
Flavoursome BBQ fried chicken coated in seasoned flour to give you that authentic Jamaican taste, fried in vegetable oil then dipped in our homemade BBQ sauce.
